Drawing on the simplicity of the humble rectangle, this blissfully beachy home is embellished with an expressive roof line and completed with a nod to brutalist aesthetics.

Practical, social and connected, it is technically sophisticated, wonderfully cohesive and beautifully refined.

While the site may be steep and unforgiving, the build was seamless – testament to Southen Builders’ craftsmanship, planning and project management.
